Patty is a tax partner with Ireland San Filippo, LLP. She heads up our Estate and Trust Group, and also leads our Non-Profit Organization Tax Services group. Patty specializes in addressing the tax planning and compliance needs of closely-held businesses and their owners and families, including the tax structuring of business transitions and estate planning for individuals and family units. When not working with her clients, Patty can be found enjoying the outdoors with hobbies including camping, swimming, water and snow skiing, hiking and biking.
